Classrooms
The classrooms are meant to be free, soothing and attractive in nature. They are the true centers of learning in the school and must have all the facilities that a child needs throughout his learning. The Laburnum Public School has more than 30 well-made and maintained classrooms. Each classroom has student lockers, public address system, customized furnitures, digital clocks etcetera. To introduce enhanced learning, we have writing as well as digital boards with a good internet connection.
Laboratories
Practical study is given equal importance as that of theoretical learning. The laboratories for physics, chemistry, biology and computer studies are well-built and laden with the latest features. We also have special teaching areas for social science and literature. The labs are made in accordance to the National and International learning standard. The computer labs are equipped with more than 20 systems for learning of various new technologies.
Playground
The students are free to explore their athletic side as well using the tremendous sports facilities and opportunities that we provide as a part of our school curriculum. The campus has a 200 sq. feet playground lushed with grass and beautiful trees to promote football, cricket kho-kho, racing etcetera. We also have hard grounds for badminton, volleyball, basketball and tennis.
The expert and dedicated sports faculty of the school is always there to assist the students in their sports in every way possible. The students get to learn leadership and team building qualities with the sports exposure they are provided here.
Art Room
The school campus also carries equal space for the promotion of Art amongst the students. This space is no just a physical location, but also the encouragement that a child gets in doing his art work. We have a highly spacious music room. The room is mounted with a top notch speaker system. With plenty of music instruments like guitar, drum, piano etcetera the music interest of every student becomes a cake walk for him.
The Laburnum Public School also has a yoga room at the heart of the campus. An educated and qualified yoga teacher takes yoga classes on weekly basis and interested students are free to participate in the activity.
Transport
The school has its personal fleet of transport buses for a safe, secure and comfortable journey between the school and their respective homes. The drivers are also well-trained and take good care of each child. We expect the parents to leave and pick-up their wards from the bus, on their own. It makes the child happy and relaxed. The teachers are always there in the bus with the students for their security and thus, giving them extra attention. Every bus has facility of a well-stocked first aid kit and an experienced attendant.
